the count down is moving... each day is just another day closer.  I am looking at post op info, bought a great cookbook for my Fiance' so that he can help me and am dreading the clear liquid portion of the diet...  looking forward to the weight loss and have been modifying my diet habits and am now OFF of caffiene.  Have not had a diet soda in almost a week and am feeling really good about my personal changes that I am making.  Thank GOD for my 2 cheerleaders Dale and Jules.. they keep me sane..

I hesitated posting at first because it wasn't confirmed, but I will be having my surgery on February 2! Nervous but excited to get to loserville!!

im sorry for your delay, but we will be having surgery on the same day although we will be on opposite sides of the country. I look forward to hearing about your worries,progress, and taking this journey togeather. I will be thinking of you on our surgery date! less than a month to go! are you doing a pre post liquid diet and how long? I have a 10 day liquid diet.

I was wondering what protein shake is everyone going to be using or is currently using? My surgery is on Feb 21, so im starting to get everything together.  Finally got my approval on monday, so im starting to get scared and nervous !!! and also what brand of vitamins are good to use. BTW: im having the gastric bypass!
