Hi to all I`m new on this site getting to know how it works, so far it`s all good it had help me alot. :-) super happy my surgery dates it FEB 10 feeling great i got the ATKINS protein shakes (vanilla) it taste good. WELL GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US and be happy looking forward to the looser bench :-)

Hello everyone. My VGS surgery is scheduled on the 24th of February. Nervous and excited all at the same time! Good luck to everyone. Not looking forward to the pre-op diet which starts on the 10th

I also got the Isopure for the first couple of weeks right after surgery.
After that I plan on moving onto the Syntrax nectar supplements. I got the Orange Creme sustained release for the 2 weeks prior to surgery and its pretty darn good! I am not a fan of sweet things so the chocolate and vanilla shakes are just not a good choice for me, I would rather have something thinner or more like Crystal lite.
I am really glad that I found the Syntrax mixes or I would have been miserable with just the chocolate, vanilla or straberry mixes!

Yes there is one started already. It is called VSG Victory February 2011, or something close to this. Everyone having VSG in February is welcomed.

Great idea! I had my surgery on Wednesday (2/2) and got home today. A bit sore but doing well overall. Hope all goes well for all of our surgeries this month!
