Any Feb 2011 surgerys?

Trish your surgery is the day after mine. I've had my date for almost 2 months. I'm going crazy!! Only 3 weeks to go.

the count down is moving... each day is just another day closer.  I am looking at post op info, bought a great cookbook for my Fiance' so that he can help me and am dreading the clear liquid portion of the diet...  looking forward to the weight loss and have been modifying my diet habits and am now OFF of caffiene.  Have not had a diet soda in almost a week and am feeling really good about my personal changes that I am making.  Thank GOD for my 2 cheerleaders Dale and Jules.. they keep me sane..

I only have a 10 day pre-op fast which I start the 29th....I'm trying all kinds of protein drinks now kinda liking them to be honest, wish I would have done them a long time ago. 

Also bought some baby food.... LOL so yeah...its pretty good. Not ashamed!!

What kind of drinks is everyone else doing?

HI!  My surgery is scheduled for February 24.  I am so excited but at the same time extremely nervous. 

My birthday is Feb. 1st and I am having RNY on Feb.8th. Happy Birthday to me!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi I just my surgery date and its for 2/8/11! I can't wait! I just started my 14 day diet today!!

 I was originally Feb 22, they just called to push me back to the 28th,   I was so anxious before. Now I dont know what I am. Dont know ifI am annoyed, worried, more anxious, frustrated disappointed...maybe even all.  *SIGHS*   I just want to eat something now,

im sorry for your delay, but we will be having surgery on the same day although we will be on opposite sides of the country. I look forward to hearing about your worries,progress, and taking this journey togeather. I will be thinking of you on our surgery date! less than a month to go! are you doing a pre post liquid diet and how long? I have a 10 day liquid diet.

My surgery is the same day as yours also.  I am trying to prepare myself.  I hafta work on the nervous eating because it is really trying to get out of control now.  Keep us posted.  Best wishes.

I was scheduled to have my surgery on 2/14, but my doctor moved the date up to 2/7.. I cant wait. Im excited right now but I think I'll be more nervous the days before the surgery. I started my pre-op diet today and it's not keeping me full to say the least, but hey Im on my way there lol so in the end it will be worth it. Good luck to everyone getting surgery in Feb.
