I feel just like you.. I also ordered my  vitamins yesterday and samples of the cake batter shakes.  I m getting prepared going to go get me some vitamin C 1000mg today to help after recover faster after surgery.  I will keep you posted on how my surgery goes. Yay look out to the new us 2011 

I am having Roux on the same day as you have your sleeve. Have started the 3 weeks of Optifast to shrink the live. Alottle scared - one minute hope that they will call me early for surgery and the next hoping teh time goes slow. This will be the beginning of the greatest phase of my life - I jkust know it!

Update:  I got my authorization yesterday that I am approved for VSG.  I am so happy.  Now it is really real.   I keep thinking I can do this if I just try one more time, I could do this, even though I know I can't.  I am realizing I am volunteering for surgery!  I gotta really pray, too.

We can be there for one another...  I started doing my protein shakes today, my dr said clear liquids the day before surgery.  So im getting a head start on it.

Yeah more Feb People!!! I'm February 8th!!!!    Woot!   I'm sooooo scared and nervous! But I keep looking at clothes and before and after and I'm already going through the YEAH I don't have to look at Lane Bryant anymore!!!!!

I'll be having RNYGB on 02/07/11 at CMC-Mercy in Charlotte, NC with Dr. Kuwada. I start the 2-week pre-op liquid diet on Monday. Got anxious about the whole thing for the first time tonight. Cried a while, husband hugged on me and posting on the boards. This too shall pass.
I have tons of people supporting me and quite a few who are really down in the trenches with me. My silver-best friend is actually doing the 2-week pre-op liquid diet with me! LOL I am so lucky to have such wonderful family and friends!

I am having surgery on 2/15/11.  I am excited, nervous and ready.
