Hey! My surgery is a just a couple days before yours. So far I really like Isopure Ultra Chocolate and Lean Dessert Cho.c. Pudding. Still have some others to try, but so far those are the best. A local nutrition store gave me samples, and I bought some from Nashua Nutrition and Unjury.

Time is really starting to move fast and I getting very excited and nervous. I just got the big book of guidelines for the surgeon's office today. Tonight, I am going to take my first sip of Profect to see what all the fuss is about;)

I just wanted to wish all of the February surgery peeps Good Luck! My surgery is 10 days away so I can relate to the feelings of doubt that start creeping in. I can't wait for the surgery part to be over, that's the nerve wracking part of it!

10% of starting is about 24.5 lbs...2 weeks to go and I've only gone from 248 to 235. Protein seems to work best for me but I'm also watching the calories. Have you brought up the weight loss to him?

Good for you Anna! I am having my surgery Feb 1st as well. I'll remember you and pray for you on your surgery morning. We are in God's hands and He will take care of us.

Excited and terrified all at the same time! Anybody have a really good protein drink they like? I am starting my pre op diet tomorrow.
