I am so happy for you Anna. I am praying for a safe journey through this life changing event. People that have not struggled with this do not know what it feels like to finally get wanted help. You are my inspiration. I was am scheduled for Feb 23. I will think about you as a source of strengh and determination when my struggle gets tough. God bless you and keep you strong.

Hello,
My surgery is scheduled for February 23, my little sisters birthday so it should be great. I cant wait to begin this new chapter of my life. I am so ready for the chance to get my health kick started. I am happy happy happy. Also I thought you only stay in the hospital one day, I was not planning to bring anything by clean underwear.

Yay us.....Feb 1st.,,,It's coming up so fast. How are you doing on your pre-op diet? I hope it is going well. To be honest with you, every now and then, I get this thought...'Boy, I can't wait until this pre-op diet is over. Then I can eat regular again'. Then it dawns on me, hey I still will have a couple of months before I am eating regular food again and even then it will still be different. Not really shocked about it, just glad I'm getting in a little practice, so I am not shocked all at once.... I guess.

Thanks, it;s day four for me and I think I've done good. Your surgery is just around the corner too. When do you start your pre-op diet?

I am so thankful for all I have today. Be happy, Laugh often, Love Lots.
I am having my surgery on Monday and I am a little nervous. I have not bought any vitamins as of yet as I go for my last app tomorrow and I am sure they will tell me what to buy. To all of having surgery shortly have a speedy recovery and praying all goes well.

Hey my surgery is scheduled for two days after yours 
. Like you I am weaning myself off of caffeine and boy is it hard. I am way down to what I used to drink. I opened a can two days ago and only take sips when I start to fill the headache I still have at least a quarter of a can left. So slowly but for surely. Now don't get me wrong I still crave it. I could smell my co-workers DR. Pepper and she said she hadn't opened it yet. Man did that smell trigger a craving lol. But I fought it and won!

My surgery is Feb. 15th, I have no second thoughts as far as the surgery is concerned, I feel that everything is done for a reason, I have faith that the good Lord will see me through this, I only worry about after the surgery with the extra skin and if I am strong enough to maintain my new eating habits.
