Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning inAfrica , a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

My DATE too!!!
The only other thing I have on my "for hospital list" is femine pads. Several (many) people have said the surgery seems to start things even if it isn't that time of the month.

Biggest Loser protien doesn't have much protien in it. You might want to get some Unjury unflavored protien powder you can add to anything.

Hey to all my February surgery buddies. Surgery is now only 7 days away. The good news...I'm 7 days away from my pre-op liquid diet being over. It started off rough, but now it's pretty smooth sailing. I can't believe after all of this preparation, the big day is almost here. I'm nervous, but thrilled at the same time. Glad to be on this journey with all of you.

Hi Jim -
Not sure where you are looking... but I'm with Dr. Trace Curry in Cincinnati (Evendale - northside off 75). I can't say enough good thing about him & his staff. Most have had WLS so they empathize. I went for pre-admit testing at Jewish Hospital (northside off 71) last week. Everyone was so helpful, respectful, caring.
