Surgery day is finally here!!! I can't believe it! Are all of us Feb 3 peeps ready to go?
I haven't packed yet...I'll get that done after I clean the house....I just drank the totally not so yummy bowl prep

so another task done.

Hopefully today will go by quickly so I don't have time to get to nervous or anxious.

How is everyone else doing?

I'm sorry to hear that you have to go through such disorganization Jim!! I can't even imagine. My doctor has a 2 week pre-op liquid diet and if I had to go through that only to be rescheduled 4 times I would run for the hills!! Good luck and I hope you can just transfer everything with ease.

I'm doing wonderfully! Had my gall bladder out in August (a typical side effect it seems, but easy surgery). All labs have been great. Off blood pressure meds and cholesterol meds at 3 months post op. 92% of excess weight is gone, and 14 lbs. to goal.

It really is a life style change, nutrition and excercise become a focus.

Your day is coming! I remember the anxiety approaching surgery, but know that it will be great. I'm excited for you!!!

me too feb 3rd, hey can u guys add me as a friend, maybe we can talk about things like post op diet with each other, and exersize and things like that, you have to stay in the hospital? I do for at least 24 hours. make sure you guys get a liquid gas x, that was a little problem last time i was banded
