That is the big day for me....and I was just curious if there was anyone else out there having it the same day? Today I have been on my liqid diet for 1 whole week and I'm feelign very proud of myself!

I am not having surgery on the 26th - mine is on Monday !!.. we are fairly close!! But I just wanted to hijack and say.. All the Best to you & I hope that you have a very swift and uneventful surgery!!

Hi there, Mine is the 25th, so very close! I'm getting the RNY also, been on the liquid diet only a few days, not fun, but worth it! Good luck to you, we'll have to chat!
My surgery date is also 2/25! I don't have to start the liquid diet until 2 days prior (have been on very low carb), then I will start liquid only and Milk of Magnesia to clean me out. Sounds fun. I hope everything goes smoothly for you all and have a quick recovery!

You are lucky you did not have to do the two week liquid diet...I will have to drink something to clean me out as well tomorrow....I don't know why...there is nothing in there!!! LOL Good luck!
