I need to move to Bedrock. You cave dudes loose twice as fast as I do. I'm gonna go break some rocks.

I was not effected much at all. I really did not have any cravings for the candy. I also limited my kids on how much candy they got. I called it a night early so there was less around if tempted, but I was not.

Less than 5 lbs a month and you're below goal. A shake to up the protein; minimum 64 oz non caffinated liquids/water (your kidneys really really need this); stick with regular exercise and you're there. You seem do well when you stick to your program so I know you can do this. Focus and planning is what it takes.

I know how good it feels to be so much closer to goal. I've cleared my closet all along and I'm just a few t shirts away from naked. You can get great new stuff for vacation and have a clear newly organized wardrobe.
Steppig up the exercise definetly makes things easier and it feels good too. I got the whole taebo series at good will but have yet to try them. Time to shake up my routine too.

You are great with the running! How many calories do you eat to keep up all that energy? I've tried to run but it bores me to tears so I remain a gym rat.
