They do for me.  I don't get sick on real eggs; they just sit much more heavily and I have to go very, very slowly with them.

I made chocolate chip cookies yesterday for my family.  I ate two by the end of the day.  Bad me. I try to stay away from things like that. last week was two peanut butter girl scout cookies.

Everyone tells me to set a timer and eat when it goes off, but that is hard to do as well when I am home from work I am chasing twins, and at work I do 12hour shifts, and work for 911 so there isn't always time to listen to a timer.. so it's hard.

I still haven't got any pics on here yet, I guess I will figure it out soon..lol

wow after ahard  night I think am better. WOW, I have learned that i will not eat samon. I wont be attempting tuna for a couple of days either. right now i have to rehydrate myself back to the liquid stage for today.! 

Ps, I am so glad i wasn't the only one who expierences this... i thought i did something wrong.... Tnxs bunchs gals!

YAY congrats on your weight loss, good job!!!

Pre-op I have lost 31 pounds, post op I am down 36 pounds. YAY we are doing so good I am so excited for all of us. I so cannot weight to see before and afters!

I have to force myself to eat most meals but my nut wants me to eat 3 meals, whether I'm hungry or not... even if it's just 1 or 2 bites. I find that scheduling my meals helps with it.

Great job on your WL.. I had a Dr appt on Friday- and I have lost 22 lbs...I kept myself off the scale this weekend, as I am one to jump on it every morning.  I am going to try to weigh on just Friday's... I haven't been getting in my protein or fluid's like I should so I am stalling more than I should... I lost 15 lbs right off the bat, and now it took me 2 weeks to get to 22 lbs.
I have a hard time making myself eat, because I am not hungry- and I need to get into some type of routine.

I'm told things will get better... I'm hoping..

I haven't given into any cravings but when I make supper for the hubby and kids, it makes me want to cry. I'm not really hungry..... just having alot of "if I hadn't have had surgery, I could have eaten that" moments! I think I'm starting the mourning food part of this.
