I usually "fry" a few eggs in ICBINB spray and put them through the food processor w/ a little bit of salsa to thin them out. I keep them in a container in the fridge. I also keep some turkey Italian sausage (casings removed, of course) that has been cooked and put through the food processor or ground turkey cooked w/ taco seasoning and put through the food processor in the fridge. I like to mix 2T of the eggs w/ 1T meat, sprinkle a little low/nonfat cheese on top and nuke it for breakfast. I always add Tobasco or some other hot sauce because I love spicy things. If I am not eating the egg/meat mixture I like Fage Greek yogurt w/ stevia and orange extract in it.

I am so excited. I went to the YMCA tonight and did a whole class of water aerobics. I felt really good. Yea!!

I am just five days ahead of you and had a stall that lasted a little over a week. Just keep doing what you are supposed to and you will start dropping weight again.

ok guys love to hear from all of you and your progress....jelous!!! am still in second week part two liquids...cant wait to start pureed ....very very hard to get liquids in ....man i used to drink 1 to 2 liters a day if not more and i can varely finish a small 16oz bottle, but since am still doing liquids i guess am not to bad. now i have never been very fond of sweets but now i cant stand them they make me sick and taking in my protein is really a challenge. the powder even with jus****er is sickening and the bullets are soooooo gross. any ideas gang? anything helps. and reading the posts i can believe how far some of you guys are on the diet and trying all those foods. personally i dont look forward to have foamies! and i cant even believe some of you have tried sweets!!! am terrified! and sadly am not doing any work yet i will start walking tomorrow and going back to work next week. so happy to report am able to get in my bed now and even sleep on my side a little bit . well i welcome all info and post from you guys i learn with you and from you daily . keep up the good work!
