Topic: RE: had surgery on March 5th and I'm curious
I only get one optisource a day for 14 days.  I break it up so i get 2 oz 4 times a day.  and thats all the "food" I get. only 200 calories a day.  It feels wrong but it is working I lost 10 pounds in a week.  I have gotten use to it tho now.  My stomach isnt hurting as bad as it had been and the swelling has gone down.  I do feel alot better since i posted.  Thank you so much for your concern.  Your sweet.

It's definitely a learning experience for us all. We can learn from one another and we are all strong. Even though I had a weak moment I find that finding out now instead of later was the best situation for me. So now I can move on and stay focused yet again!

I'm not even sure about the mourning phase. All I know is I get those bad pains so I have stayed away from the sweets. It's like after the month that had gone by all of a sudden I got the sweet tooth wasn't liking it. But I did get some yoplait light yogurts and there are many flavors upside down pineapple cake boston cream pie strawberry shortcake etc etc etc. That helps me so much and they are so good. I even get Jello pudding sugar free and they have one with caramel on top it's mmmmm good and we are allowed it thats the best thing

I know it is such a great feeling. I only bought one pair of pants because I needed them for work.I really don't want to buy anything more than that until I need to.Congratulations on your size reduction as well.  Did you take photos the before and afters? If so match them up side by side that is the only way I knew I was losing inches and pounds other than that my clothes being loose was a good sign for me. You can go to www.imikimi.com and they have photo frames you can add your photos to and do side by sides on. I have some posted on my page if you want to know what I am talking about. I wish I have measured myself to but visuals are just as good.

I know the feeling....I only got one pair of pants for work. I don't want to buy much more than that because I don't know how this weight will come off. I mean the inches are coming off but the pounds are still there at the present moment. Go figure it's all good though I am still happy.

I tired to sneak my DH in hospital bed with  me two days after surgery. Heck, it was a private room and a cool bed that goes up...and down....

Hey Steph,
I feel ya! I've had two stalls.  Up the water (if you can without sloshing), and it will all work out. It does suck, and plays with your mind a bit as well. Just remember that it may be the first, but it sure isn't the last!  So embrace the stall as your body revving up for another round of losing!

Take care-
Kathy
