2.5 weeks?? Jeepers that's frustrating!!! I'm on my second stall and I'm just over 5 weeks out as well. It makes me want to throw my scale out the window!!

Topic: Disneyworld at 4 weeks out?
I'm currently 8 days out, but because of how things worked out with my surgeon I had my surgery early and now I will be on vacation with my family to Disneyworld when I'm 4 weeks out. I'm a little worried about the food and eating part, but I'm really worried about how I will feel. How are you feeling at 4 weeks out. Do you think that you could handle a vacation?
Topic: 5 weeks
I am going on my 5th week since my surgery...... and going on my 2.5 weeks without no movement in the scale.... I have decided that i am going to fight back.... I am getting on my damn shoes and going for a looooonnnnngggggg walk..... blah

I finally - FINALLY found a protein powder that tatses good so I need to see if my Bariatric office has any to avoid the $13 shipping charge if I order it online. It's the Syntrax Nectar - Crystal Sky. Pretty yummy as long as it stays cold!Vitacost.com has Nectar crystal sky and only charges 4.99 shipping no matter how much you order. I have been very happy with their products and service.

I have to measure my food. Sometimes I feel full after and sometimes hungry still. The problem I'm having is not drinking for an hour after each meal..... it's torture! LOL

Hi Kristina,
I too am having a hard time with meats...everytime I eat it, it comes back up...even if I puree it...I'm thinking maybe some puches are just more sensitive than others...I'm gonna try again in a week or so...

Hi there,
I too was having that same problem...so I started mesuring my food before I plate it...That way there's no chance I will overeat...Good luck!

Topic: Question?
Hey guys! I was wondering, is anyone else having trouble with eating too much? It's like my pouch takes longer to realize it's full and by the time it does I am miserable! This doesn't happen all the time, but when it does there is nothing I can do but force myself to throw it up! I have tried eating slow, but my doctor says after 15min to stop eating, but sometimes I am still hungry...............I guess I am just having trouble getting used to the new hardware, lol. Anyone else having this problem?
