Hello everyone,

I had surgery on 2/23 and I have lost 23 pounds as of today. I feel like my weight iscoming off slow as well. I lost 16 pounds on the pre-op diet and then gained 13 of them back during my four day hospital stay.

What are you all eating? My pouch don't like me that much because I throw everything up!! Monday was my one month anniversary. I am having trouble big time with getting my vitamins in. Can some of you give me some suggestions on food and vitamins.

Ps How can I get the weight tracker at the bottom of my page anyone??

I definitely need to take my measurements. That is such a good way to check progress when that stupid scale won't budge.

Thanks for the reminder!

I think I could have handled a vacation but I would have had to rest alot between all of the walking one would do at DisneyWorld. It would have kiiled me to stay off of the roller coasters though!
If you're staying right at the Disney resort, call them and ask them if they can help out with what you need for meals. You never know, I've heard they're very accomodating.
