I still  have trouble eating "food", but am working on it,...

B- Poached egg  or EAS Protein drink
L- EAS Protein drink
D- 3 oz. taliapia fish, and 1/4 cup frozen veggies or brocolli

I am trying to stay away from all breads and pastas, because they are such a weakness of mine and right now I am not "hungry" and have tomake myself eat to get in my protein.

Topic: Hi! New Here!

I just now found this message board, and think it's great to be able to share experiences with people who have the same surgury date as myself.

I had VSG done 2/09/09 and it was the best decion I eveer made.  I wish I had done it 10 years ago.  But, now that I have had it done, I am getting healthy.

I'm a divorced woman of 50 years young  I have 2 grown boys 24 and 27.  Both are very supportive of my "lifestyle" changes.

I am AMAZED at how much I have lost in just 2 months.... I have lost 69 pounds, and  45 inches so far!!  Is that  a WOW moment in my life!  I have a long way to go..... but  I feel it's a great start.

I hope to meet some new friends here, and  share experiences!

Congrats on your loss!  I will know better tomorrow where I am at.  I go for my six week check up tomorrow and hope to have my inches done for me.  I have not done it myself yet!  I am trying, and I say trying, not to obsess with that but I can tell that my pants are falling off me, and my shirt size has gone down!  This was an awesome decision all right!

It is funny but I stalled right after surgery because I was not drinking enough water!  WHOOPS!

Glad you are doing so wonderful!

Amazon.ca has about 16-17 of them.... just search in DVDs for The Biggest Loser. I've heard they're really good..... especially the cardio workout.

Has anyone found/used the Biggest Loser videos?

I've seen them advertised, but can never find them in the stores ...   if you've used them, please chime in.
