well its been a longtime since i posted anything on here, i am sorry i have not been on here to support you all. i will try to come on here more.
my numbers surgery weight 304lbs today weight 185lbs
total weight loss 119lbs i never thought i would ever see that number this is the lowest weight i ever been i am so happy with my surgery, yes there are things i wish that i dont have but over all i am happy,

i gained 43lbs after 2 1/2 year out by eating poarly but now i am on a whole new journey to lose the weight plus more for good!

You look amazing and you are the first person who seems to be on the same path as me as far as weightloss...my anniversay date is feb 11 and it seems like time has gone so fast!!! Im so worried that I wont make it to goal but reading your post was truly inspiring!!! Thanks so much and you are doing so great!!! Jill
You are doing excellent. I am on about the same path, also. I have around 30 lbs to goal, after one year. I need to get some updated pics on here. My avatar is updated, but my webpage needs some current photos. I watched your video and it was EXCELLENT. Thanks for sharing your journey!
