Nope... 3 shakes a day sensible dinner with the kiddies.

But then I am never hungry and dont nibble to much.

I figure I get about 700-800 calories a day, sometimes less sometimes more.

Wow that seems low to me, but we are all different. I find I do get hungry at times but a small meal covers it.

My range is 1150 to 1500 calories with an average of 1260.  I cycle calories and carbs.  I do not want to keep calories so low that I will gain weight later when eating the normal calories for my goal weight.

As I near my goal weight, I hold my calorie max to the sedentary caloric needs of someone 10 lbs to 15 lbs lighter.  I never go over my goal maintenance calories for a sedentary lifestyle.

My carbs average 25g but range as high as 100g+ with cycling.  I focus mostly on protein which I've raised to 150g in hopes of breaking my current stall.

Each week I have a higher cal day and about twice a month a much higher carb day.   I do not want to stagnate at one nutritional level.

My average is 1050 calories per day. I get over 100g. protein, and my carbs are from fruit/veggies and the occassional whole wheat low carb high fiber toast or flatbread. (I love the FLATOUT Lites)

My weight loss has slowed dramatically, but I am losing inches like crazy, and my run times have improved. So I am focusing on how I am becoming more physically fit. BUT WITH THAT SAID, I am anxious to get to goal!

It does vary person to person, and it is interesting to see what everyone is doing.

Hugs,
Kathy
