How many calories does your nut say?

Mine said 800 how about you? I go to see her in a month so maybe that will change.

I am on 800 as well. My nutritionist had an emergency so I have to go for my six month checkup still and then I will find out more.

Sometimes I go a little higher it depends. She did say if you exercise you could up it some.

Spoke with my NUT last week, and won't speak with her for another month (that will be second to last consult). My daily calories run between 650 to 750. That's right about where she said I should be. I still focus on proteins first. I will more than likely up to more consistently around 750-800 after I get back to my daily workouts (just got cleared from gall bladder surgery).

I saw mine on Friday, my net calories should be at 1200 she said. So if I exercise I obviously need to eat more

Wow Peggy, only 500 daily? Do you get sick and with that do you get all your protein?
I eat about 800 and sometimes I could do more depends

im tired alot, i dont get sick but i just have no appetite, i get in all my protein but im having issues with the fact that i need to eat more calories especially to function better, im much heavier then alot of the other feb.s even tho ive lost 140+ lbs im still 300+lbs unfortunatly... so my body needs much more but i dont know.. my mind  says it doesnt.. or something.. even tho i  obviously know better... screwy huh?  i can eat nearly anything  unless sugar content is to high (as far as dumping goes) but i just dont want anything, i eat turkey breast, Lf cheese sticks, cottage cheese an pinapple, tuna, an chicken.. an thats about it.. even tho i can eat other stuff tried it went done fine... just dont want anything else.. even tried a few nibbles of pizza the other day, BLAH an that used to be my most fav food...

Just make sure you get the protein, water and your vitiams I kinda wish I had no appeite lol. I can eat 1/2 slice of pizza not the crust but then I am really full. Wish you luck keep eating lol
