Congratulations on all your success. I hope your iron levels get right and soon. I know the feeling about walking and not hurting. It does feel so much better when you start to get healthy and the things you couldn't do previously and now you can.I wish you the best on your loss and your journey. I know you can do it.

  Congrats Cathy!
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I have been doing great! I am down about 130 lbs., ALMOST to Onederland, but I don't want to jinx it!
No problems with the gall bladder surgery, and back to the same ole routines!

Hugs,
Kathy

Congrats on hitting onederland.  I wish I were with you.  I have been bouncing 5-8 pounds over for the last month or so and just can't get there.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.

You will get there. Lapband takes a little longer than gastric bypass does. But the good thing about the lapband is your skin wont be as saggy as someone like I who have gotten the bypass. Keep your head up keep the faith and know it will come off in due time. My sister has had the lapband surgery and this january it will be two years and she is still taking off weight and she looks absolutely fabulous.
