These last 2 lbs have been as hard as having teeth pulled!  Jeez!  Is anyone else losing like that?

Don't get discouraged we all go through slow times and  fast weight loss times. Sometimes things slow down and you feel like nothing is happening but the inches are still coming off. Keep the faith that things will start to roll again. My nutritionist told me at 6 months things could start to slow down so I just try to keep focused and do what needs to be done.Keep smiling and don't get stressed .

I've been slow from the start but I find having high and low calorie/ carbohydrate days helps.  Yesterday 1475 calories, today about 1225.  My exercise burn each day, 1450-1800 calories.

Mixing it up keeps the body guessing and makes my wl more predictable.  Before doing this I could calculate a 2 lb loss for the week and gain instead.
