ok guys just came back from my Drs appointment ....guess what he told me as of today an no longer consider diabetic or have high blood pressure!!!  said will remove from my file now  WOW!! I CRIED A LITTLE!!   also was told to start snaking more ofter since now my blood sugars are too LOW!!! lmao!!!  talk about ironic but wonderful!! i feel great my oh family look good and looking forward to my life now!!!  Thank you Lord!!!  **** and am still far from my goal but i would not loose any sleep if all stops here!!  am soo happy

Yea!!  Congrats on the good news.  It really is life changing.  It's easy to forget when we whine about the scale.  So happy for your good news!!
