The work pays off!!

So as some of you notice, we hit stalls like woah during the last few weeks...myself included.  I keep stalling its horrible...so I took some advice from a friend (you know who you are) and decided to journal everything and i do mean EVERYTHING I put in my mouth!  I log the time I eat, the calories, the carbs, sugars, and protein.  I also log any workouts I do and the calories I burn....usually I burn about half the calories I eat...(I have noticed).

So the point of this post is that I have dropped a few pounds since doing this and I am currently at 224!!!  which means I am 3 lbs from my 100 lbs lost since surgery!  total of 106 from my highest weight!

I am tickled pink!!  I bought a pair of size 18 jeans about 3 weeks ago, and they were still a little snug, today I decided to put them on to wear to work, guess what....two big!  Jeez!!  I cant win for losing!!

So here is to hoping these last 40lbs, come off quick! (and painless) and i stay on track with my meds, and vitamins, I meet my goals and increase my workouts!  I wanna get to the point where I burn 300-400 calories in a session! That would be fantastic!!!

Thanks for all the support and encouragement!!  I love yall!!

Hi Marla,
congrats on the weightloss.  You are doing great.  I know it is hard to keep up the good attitude in a stall.

Yea for you!!

Huge congrats to you lady!  I know all about those stalls, most of the past month has been one!  I am really hoping that it will subside soon and I can get on with the losing and get the 70 or so pounds I have left off!  I would love to increase my workouts, but I workout almost every day and still work full time and am taking care of home, significant other and kid, plus all my animals!  LOL  Maybe I should just take some time off for ME!  LOL
Good luck with getting your last 40 pounds off!  Keep us posted!  Hugs to you!
