Just a Feb doing a ticker check...
I figured out how to put a BMI ticker on here too.
Even though my BMI (at goal) is still kinda high to a normal person I read that if you lift weights and have large muscle mass the BMI counter is really useless. I've been lifting weights since 1980. I look fairly thin at my current weight. I will be very thin at my 225 lb goal.
I was a bodybuilder, than as I got bigger I went into power lifting, then as I got bigger I was really strong but powerlifting is measured by lbs over you body weight. So I went through a period of lifting very heavy and not competing in anything.
Then I had to have knee surgery. That was the last straw for me. I'm going back down to my old bodybuilder weight with my new RNY tool. I lift weights 4 times a week, ride a bike or walk on my off days. This is so fun...........
