July Goals....
We are mostly in stalls coming out of stalls...or some of us are heading into a stall....lets not let that get us down! What is your goal?? When do you want to accompli**** Lets play the game!! Here is goes... Rules...you have to have 3 goals...no matter what they are... you have to come to the board and update us when you accomplish your goal... and help to motivate everyone to get with their goal...lol
My Goals...
1) GET OUTTA THIS STALL & LOSE ANOTHER 5-10 LBS THIS MONTH!!
2) STRESS LESS....I think this is slowing down my progress, and causing my ulcers.
3) get back in check with my protein and log all my intake!
I KNOW YOU GUYS CAN DO IT!! LETS KEEP LOSING!

Burn 1200 cal in exercise 6 days a week
Take all supplements and water daily
Establish and stick with calorie/ carb cycling plan
Theses are all ongoing or inprogress but a little extra accountability can't hurt.

1st- Make sure to get in all my vitamins every day.
2nd- UP the protein.
3rd- Lose between 5-10 lbs this month. ( In only need 8 more lbs until I'm under 200)
I know you said 3 goals but....
4th- Get on OH and encourage others especially newbies. I once was there and got alot of encouragement from others and it's payback time.
WE can do this guys. We have 26 more days!!!!!

Okay I am in on this also. I need it bad. My three goals are.

3. get to the gym at least three times every week.
I have been doing okay and lost a few pounds this month but I am still 20 lbs from my goal.
I have heard several stupid comments though like what are doing turning anorexic, and my god your wasting away to nothing. Well I have to say i am neither at 170 I still need to lose 20 lbs and would like to lose 30...

I haven't accomplished all my goals yet. I just wanted to post I think (I hope I don't jinks myself) I have broke the stall. I have started to wear some size 18 tops but still wearing 20's too. The LB size 2 pants are getting a little lose but, not into the size 1's yet. I wanted to see if anyone has made thiers
