Took measurements again tonight. I was curious how the past few weeks of working out and switching up my weight lifting has impacted my bod.
Well, last measurements were on May 25th. I've only lost 8 lbs. since that date, however, after taking measurements tonight...I have lost 9.25 inches since May 25th!  WHY DIDN'T I WORK OUT YEARS AGO!?
Oh, wait, I was really really out of shape and afraid to have a heart attack...forgot about that

I think I'll make a monthly date with my measuring tape!      Never thought I'd say that!

Hope you all are having an amazing weekend!

Hugs,
Kathy

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

LOL-9.25 inches! You're doing great Kathy.  It's amazing how we're all shrinking, but we don't realize how much until we pull out the measuring tape.  You should keep "pumping iron" and measuring your progress too, it helps to motivate, even when the scale won't move.  =D

Thanks! And look at you splashing in the pool.  It is visuals like that that make me miss SoCal.  Quite the culture shock moving up here!

Always been quite fond of the gutter.

I've lost a lot of inches.  In the beginning thats all I lost.

I've been an exercise fan since my teens.  With my hbp, I realize exercise may be what kept me alive long enough to realize I needed wls.
