FAVORITE FOODS?

My go to food is  Sorrento Low-Fat (Fat-Free?) Mozzarella Cheese.   [It's the one w/ the 'running girl cheesestick' on the package.

It has 8G protein -- more than other cheeses, and comes in at 70-80 calories.

Hey Robin,
 Thanks for the post.  I need some new ideas too.  I am stuck on two things that freeze well.  I grab them for lunch & b-fast at work.  Chicken, Tortilla soup and a Chili.  I know it is weird, but I don't put exta sauce in them.  It is flavorful and easy to grab so I don't have to think. 

By the way, you are just getting more beautiful all the time.  :)

Shrimp, scallops, and tender steak are my easiest proteins (go figure).   I also love italian sausage with a little sauce.  Oh and center cut bacon lol (lower fat).  I make a soup loaded with beans, bacon, and spinach that I'll eat a lot of.
