I always keep a bag of cooked, tail off, large shrimp (that sounds funny...) in my freezer. Easy to thaw under water and make a shrimp ****tail, salad, or sautee.  High protein, low fat.
I stock up on the variety of fish filet's at Costco (Mahi Mahi, Cod, Tilapia), they thaw fast as well, are prepacked in 4 oz. servings, and easy to toss a sauce or seasonings on.

My grab and go is Edamame Salad, Pure Protein Bars, or Jerky. I also get the Foster Farms turkey meatballs, toss them in a dish with some teriyaki sauce and nuke them for a few minutes. Again, high protein, low fat, yummy with some bell peppers tossed in as well!

*oy vei* I've been watching too much Food Network....
Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning in
Africa, a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I keep Jenny-O turkey burgers in the fridge.  I like to cook a couple of them w/ cajun seasoning on them and leave them in the fridge.  I take 1/2 of the patty (they're 1/3 lb patties) and top it with some black beans and salsa and zap it in the microwave for lunch.  Trader Joe's carries a chili lime flavored chicken patty that is yummy, too.  I also like to keep turkey burger cooked w/ taco seasoning in the fridge.  I toss it with some lettuce, black or kidney beans, ff greek yogurt, cheese and salsa and have a taco salad for lunch.  Occasionally I will buy some of the pre-cooked chicken strips.  I cook some onion and peppers, toss in the chicken, black beans, a can of green chilis, tons of fresh garlic and a can of tomatoes.  I dump the whole thing in a container and eat from it all week.  When I heat it up I top w/ grated cheese, a teaspoon of ff greek yogurt or sour cream and some hot sauce.

Hmmm...can you tell I love spicy foods?

I like to keep pre cooked chicken breast from Sam's club in my freezer. They are I believe tyson brand Italian style. Pop them in the microwave for about 4 minutes, and I am ready to go. Also I like to grab slim fast low carb ready to drink. they are 20 grams of protein in 1 drink! I have no problem tolerating them. Oh and 1 gram of sugar and 2 net carbs!

Also if I am out and the family wants fast food, I will grab a Chicken soft taco from taco bell, and remove half the tortilla (there isn't enough room for the whole thing). or I will grab a grilled ranch chicken snack wrap from McDonalds..... Again, I remove half the tortilla. I know both have at least 9 grams of protein. Again, not a problem tolerating them.

I'm a grab & go girl too.

-Bagged baby spinach, fully cooked bacon, already hard boiled eggs, walden farns calorie free dressings for an instant spinach salad.
-Frozen fish shrimp scallops.  Raw cause they cook quickly (minutes).
-Low carb tortillas or pita  (toufayan) with frozen fully cooked fajita strips, chicken & beef.
-Frozen meatballs, beef or turkey with low carb spaghetti (dream fields) and tomato paste.
-Trader Joe's has good sausages, heat and serve in a variety of flavors, most are chicken.
-Atkins daybreak bars for 10g protein sweet tooth fix with 4 or fewer carbs.
-Frozen wings, walmart has several flavoes fullly cooked.
