I have made my 50 ponds lost goal.
I  have stalled and can't seem to make the next 10 pound Mark
I actually tried cloths on and looked in the mirror and thought they looked OK instead of crying.

You are all phenominal!  I love to hear your successes.  Congrats to all.

As for me?  Well...

What goals have you accomplished so far?
I've made it into a size 12.  Best of all, I've upped the ante on my exercise routine, resulting in a resting heart rate of 62 bpm down from 99 bpm last August.  My cardiologist is impressed.  Many athletes have resting heart rates of 60 bpm.

What goals are you working towards?
I'm still struggling towards the 50 lbs lost mark.  I got within 2 lbs of it when I started yet another weight gaining cycle.  As of today, I'm four pounds away.  Also, I'm re working my strength training routine to focus on body sculpting.

What are you most proud of?
I'm most proud of improving my resting heart rate and wearing regular size clothing.  Its so good to be able to shop in almost any store without wondering if anything there will fit me.  Next stop those tiny designer clothes.
