I'm just over 3 months out and have love 30 pounds.  The center is happy with my loss as it is suppose to be 1-2 pounds a week and I have done a little better.  Someday I hope to be able to catch up with you all.  (The best guess is at two years out.)

Everyone else here has done so good.

Congratulations on your loss my sister did the lap band as well it took her two years to lose her weight so never feel discouraged the slow weight loss is better you can do a lot more toning with your body etc.

Hey everyone! Congrats! You are all doing great!!!
I'm almost 4 months out (June 9th), and doing pretty darned good! I'm hitting the gym average 5 x's per week. Biking, Swimming, Weights. I'm down 83 lbs. This week I've had my slowest loss, but it's okay. I know I'm going to have "those times"  so I'm just taking it in stride (lol). Averaging 550 calories per day, and on workout days, expending between 400 - 500 calories (workouts only, not daily stuff...like breathing).
I quit using my C-pap at two months. I was sleeping sounder without it. Personally, it's been a stressful past several months, but that is when I hit the workouts even harder (my therapy). I actually "panic" if I miss more than two days of going to gym...eeek!!
You all take care-
Big hugs (I can get my arms further around all of you!)
Kathy

It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
