Tai Chi is great! Tae Kwon Do is a very explosive and powerful!

I studied Shorin Ryu Karate, Wing Chun Kung Fu, and Jeet Kune Do.

Can't wait until I am a little lighter on my feet to jump back in.

Hi Cathy and Febs

I feel wonderful and I am looking forward to the future. I have lost about 64lbs and I could not be happier. This experience has been so challenging but sweet at the same time. I have learned so much about myself and the quality of my relationships. The only issue is getting up the confidence to workout like I want to. I feel with each step on my treadmill that I might fail as I have in the past so, I need to work on that.  I have not been under 200lbs since high school so I feel like I am about to enter uncharted waters( I am 204). Please continue to encourage each other. You all are an inspiration... Good luck.

Congratulations on your weight loss. Definitely consider chatting with someone because all these changes we go through definitely have an effect more than we know. I know I am going to see a psychologist who specializes in eating disorders as well as reg situations. Keep looking forward to the future and know your health happiness and life is full force ahead of you!

I'm about 3.5 months out and have lost 62# I feel pretty good for the most part, not having any food issues anymore. YEAH! I feel like the weight loss has really slowed. I feel like I'm only losing a pound a week now. Hope everyone is doing well!
