Well I am four months out and I have gone through many ups and downs since the beginning till now. My weight loss has slowed down once again but I know the inches are still coming off as well. Every day I walk between 2-3 miles  and I have also joined martial arts class but can't start until the 8th. Pulled some muscles in my lower back well I was massaging some clients a week ago and now I am paying the price. My doctor will do another sleep test on me see if I need my cpap machine anymore. I am just so happy I have become so energetic happy and much more healthier. I appreciate all the success I have had and know I will have so much more to come. Hope everyone is doing good and I hope to hear all your success stories soon.

Hey Cathy,

It sounds like you are doing great.  Hope your back gets better soon.  It is going to be a great summer!!

I am getting ready to go on vacation.  I am just feeling so much better for this trip.  I was just sooooo heavy and miserable last year at the beach.  I feel like I am a totally different person.  Well, 77 lbs does make a difference.  I am losing slower, but working out a little more.  The inches are still coming off.  My big accomplishment is that I now weigh less than my husband.  Next, I should be under 200 lbs soon.  Of course, once I thought about that, I have stalled out at 205.  It is always something.   Feeling great doing mostly good.  I do have food issues occasionally, but less and less.  I would love to say that getting all my fluid in is easy, but....   I do take my vitamins and protein every day without many issues.

Hope everyone else is feeling good and congrats to everyone.  I can't imagine where we will all be in 4 more months!!  Yea!!

Congrats, your doing swell!

I have sleep apena as well, and to this day I have trouble keeping that damn mask on lol! I started off at 462 as of this am I am now 358! So as you can see I still have enough to come off. However at this point I can already feel the energy creeping in. I walk  as well as do videos. I love the way my body feels after a work out. I am doing Carmen electra areobics, and I am totally loving the way my butt and thighs feel afterwords lmfao! If i had the option to do this surgery all over again, i would in a heart beat, I struggled for so long and to even have lost 100 pounds floors me, I am so so happy! I love that I can now feel content and full as to feeling!!!!

My surgery was Feb. 4th and as of today I have lost 79 lbs!  WOW!!!! I can hardly believe it!  It's like a dream, only it is really happening!  I exercise every day for at least 30 minutes and it feels wonderful to be able to keep up like I do.  I have some food issues occasionally, but it's all worth it.  I am so very thankful I was able to get this tool, it's the only one that has ever worked for me and I can feel it working as I type this!  I love it!  Congrats to everyone on how far we have come!

Hi Cathy

Sounds like you are doing great.
I have done well for the first 3 months post op losing 96lbs. It seems that my loss has slowed down finally and may have even stalled. I guess since I lost that amount so quickly without exercise it is time to see if a little time in the gym will get things going again.
