7.5 Inches
Okay, I have only taken my measurements three times post op. I've been working out hard 5 days per week on average (bike, swim, weights).
Just took my measurements to enter with some gals from work on their chart (they are doing WW).
ANYWAY............I HAVE LOST 7.5 INCHES FROM MAY 5TH TO MAY 25TH! MY BAT WINGS ACTUALLY WENT DOWN A BIT!!
Just had to share....

Every morning in Africa , a gazelle wakes up.
It knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed.
Every morning inAfrica , a lion wakes up.
It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.
