Tired, dizzy anyone else
It might be low blood pressure.... are you still on any post surgery meds? It also could be blood sugar related. Alot of people get hypoglycemic afterwards. Is it happening at a certain amount of time after you eat? Or after you've had certain foods?

you should have your potassium level checked. especially if you feel your heart get all wierd and flutteryish when that happens/ i had that problem for 3 months after surgery and if it is low you need a potassium suppliment or if its Really low they will give it to you by IV. i had it both ways several times.
It dont sound like much, but its not something to play with/ potassium regulates your heartrate. So that might be one thing you have your dr check.

Okay so I totally went to the Doctor 2 days ago for the same thing. Every time I go to stand up I get really light-headed and dizzy and feel like im gonna pass out. According to my doctor the veins in my neck and legs are still stretched out from being so overweight and even though I have lost the weight those veins haven't caught up. So, when I stand up the blood floods to my legs and takes a little longer to get to my head. Well that was what my Doc said, hope that helps a bit!

It might be. A friend of mine (Dec 08 surgery) was having the same symptoms and it was because her blood pressure was way too low. She went off of the med and she's been fine since.
