3 months today -- Friday the 13thers

I can't believe it's already been 3 months.  I haven't been on the boards much lately.  Everyone is doing amazing.  My life has already changed for the better.  Today, down 52lbs plus the 15 before surgery.  A total of 67 pounds gone!!  Friday the 13th may have been my luckiest day ever.

Way to go!  I had surgery the same day you did and I am down 70 lbs. since my pre-op liquid diet.  Looks like we are losing at about the same rate.  I also feel amazing and often wonder why I didn't do this sooner.

WOW!!!  You are doing great.  You are right, for us, Friday the 13th was our luckiest day ever.  I can't believe that in just three short months our lives have improved so much.  Besides my health improving, my self-esteem has also improved.  I no longer constantly sabotage myself.

My weight now is right around my lowest.  I have been pulling from my "stock" in the closet.  The next few months should be really amazing.  I can't believe, just a few more pounds to go and I will weigh under 200.  First time in 11 yrs.  That  will be mind blowing.  I can't imagine how much we will change in three more months.
