I hope you are all doing well, and happy, and healthier! I'm doing great and officially hit my 71 lb. loss mark today. A bit more hair strands in the brush, but thankfully I've got pretty thick hair, lots of it.

I am down 73.4 (23 presurgery diet) and got my self out of Obese and into just the Overweight catagory today for my BMI.
