Cardio

Two weeks ago I started taking cardio classes 3 times a week on my lunch hour.

After class I don't feel good- very nauses.   Any Sugestions??

Per my trainer:  have a snack, like cracker and fruit before your workout. After work out, sip water and wait until your resting heart rate returns to what is normal for you. Then have another snack.
