Daily Menu ????
Hello everbody!
I am posing this to see what on average everybody is eating through the day. I would just like to see how my menu looks compared to other Feb. WLS so please di**** out (lol) let me know what you have been eating. And maybe we will find some new foods from eachother.

My average menu
B= EAS protein powder mixed w/ 8 oz. lactaid f.f. mik
L= Some kind of meat protein 7% ground beef w/ cheese sprinkled on it or maybe some tuna
S= boiled egg white
D= Repeat of Breakfast
S= maybe like 3 pringles baked wheat stix

Typical day menu for me would look something like this.......
B - 2 soda crackers with pb2 and 1/4 hardboiled egg
L - 1/2 cup tuna salad or 1/4 cup with a baby bell cheese or 1/4 cup mixed nuts
snack - 90 calorie package bbq Crispy Minis (I find if I stick to bbq and peanut butter, I'm fine but if I have any of the sweet ones, I really crave another package)
D - 1/4 cup protein (chicken, cheese, turkey, etc) 1/4 cup veggies
snack - no sugar added popsicle

I am trying to stay away from all breads and pastas, because they are such a weakness of mine and right now I am not "hungry" and have tomake myself eat to get in my protein.

I was just 'cleared' today to eat things other than 'high protein', so my diet will probably seem 'strict' to some ....
B - 2 LF Sargento Mozz. Sticks (8g protein each), 1 hard boiled egg (6g protein)
L - 3 oz chicken or 3 oz tuna 'salad' made w/ LF mayo
D - 3-4 oz. chicken, or turkey [has been chicken breast, turkey breast, ground turkey patties, turkey meatballs, and sliced 'lunch meat'] .... occassionally I'll have 3-4 oz. fish instead
S - SF jello, or SF popsicles or SF pudding
If I'm not in a 'food' mood for breakfast, I'll grab a SlimFast Carb Consious Shake.

Lunch to day I am going to make chicken stir fry!! Yummmmmy........ it's one thing I can eat pretty good.
Dinner will most likely be a RTD Protein drink or more stir fry....
I make my talapia a bit different,but it's so ez and no mess...
I use those foil bag, or just plain aluminum foil and spray it with butter flavored no stick spray, put 2 small slices of lemon on it and then my fish, with Mrs. Dash- wrap it like a package and put in a frying pan with a lid on a low heat- 3-5 mins on each side- and it's done! Yummy too!
