I dont know what is wrong with me.  I have lost all motivation.  I have been having a rough time, pain with  my ulcer, the most horrible period since my teen years....and basically another stall, I am getting in all my fluids, plus some, all my protein, but I cant get motivated to go to the gym, I always find some reason to allow myself to not go.  Grrr!!

Help!!  I need that want to back?!?!
I just find that im tired all the time!!

im going through something simular, im tired.. all the time.. talked to doc about it an he said its perfectly normal.. losing weight screws with hormones bigtime.. so u get the lazy's best i can describe it.. just have to push past it an do what ur capable of.. not what u want to..  u know? need to do whats needed...from what i have been told it takes ur body sometime to get into a new routine.. so just give it some time an it will all work out... dont get discouraged an dont let today effect ur tomorrow.. meaning if u didnt work out or even get out of bed today.. dont let that be ur reason for not doing it tomorrow.. fresh day fresh start.. everyday is a gift an more mobility shouldnt go to waste... i look at it this way... we missed the healthy bus the first time.. so im gona try my best to be there early.. from now on... i have a new chance at life not gona lay around an waste it... like i did the first time.. tired or not i do what i can... maybe not as much as i should but a lil is better then nothing! Right??

shhh dont tell anyone but... honestly... as far as being tired.... i miss my diet mountain dew(caffine) more then i did the food.. ffs... i miss that energy boost! i think once i can have caffine again i will have more energy.cant wait to be a busy

What you are going through is normal. We as in all of us just have to push ourselves to get off our tooshies and do something. If we start excersising we are bound to start having more energy. Surely tireness is expected, this surgery is hard on the body, let alone our bodies being practically in starvation mode, its bound to be sluggish. Get up and move... if you don't move today, have a good reason, excuses do not count!

hey girl I have the opposite problem I am going to the gym like crazy but I have never been a big water person. Its hard to get all the water that you have to get in not to mention the food yuk. Do you have a gym? You should join one and join a class they are so fun!! We have one called body pump and it is awesome!!
