2 Monthers how yall doing?
It's been 2 months for me, and on my 2 month anniversary, I was down 48 pounds! I've gone down 3 dress sizes, and it's wonderful!! I hadn't seen my parents in about six months, and they couldn't believe the changes that had happened to me in 2 months!!
My husband is deployed to Afghanistan, and he left just after my surgery. He won't be back till march of next year...so there should be BIG changes for him to get used to by the time he gets home!
I'm trying to get in my exercise, but getting to the gym everyday is not easy. Thankfully, my younger brothers got me a wii as a late christmas present...so I get exercise in one form or fashion every day. Now...if I could just find a way to do that with my vitamins...

I am having a hard time getting motivated to go to the gym...i mean I walk at work, but its nothing i would consider a cardio workout.
me and the bf are moving into a new house, so i am setting up one of the rooms with some gym equip and my wii and i plan on kicking ass working out!
still not able to tolerate milk
everyone seems to be doing great!! congrats all

You can do it at least your walking thats a good start as we start to feel better we start to do more. I have told my nutritionist I walk and have yet to add in cardio because I massage up to five clients a day so I am still moving consistently. So in all of this do as much as you can and remember take it all in stride and you will be fine.
Hi FELLOW FEBRUARIANS!,
I've never been to this forum before, but I'm here now! Been lurking on the main board and RNY board. I had surgery 2/10 and have lost about 42lbs. I go for my two month checkup today. I have had a couple of stalls that drive me nuts. I'm a relative lightweight (still kills me how I can be 100lbs overweight and be considerd a "light" anything) so I fear my loss will slow. I'm walking and beginning water aerobics next week. So far, so good.
