Congratulations Steph, Things are going great for you. I was on a stall for three weeks. The inches came off but the pounds stayed with me. Smile it will be over soon enough.

My surgery was feb 27th and I have lost 28 lbs. I'm amazed at how different I feel already! I have had so much fun playing with my little girl! I'm still on soft foods and can't wait to move to the next step!!

I have my 2 month surgiversary next week (the 9th), so I'm excited to get some pics taken. I'm down 46# since surgery, 51# since my two-week pre-op diet.
My exercise was a bit lacking...okay, practically non-existent except for walking the pooches and getting on my glider every now and then.

HOWEVER...I just joined the YMCA near my home, a beautiful facility in Gig Harbor, and have been hitting it (my goal is daily but will settle for 5x's p/week) for one hour of cardio and 15 min. of weights and stretching.     I COULD  NOT BELIEVE HOW MUCH EASIER IT WAS TO CYCLE 3 MILES!!!

BTW Fluffy...I have a single brother...

Keep up the good work everyone!

Hugs,
Kathy

It knows that it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve.
It doesn't matter whether you're a lion or a gazelle
when the sun comes up you'd better be running.

I stalled on my weightloss for like 3 weeks, then I was getting so frustrated so I started this week going to the gym!!  That made a ton of difference. I have lost 3 pound just this week going to the gym.   I went to my friends house and she gave me some of her clothes that don't fit and they were a size 16.  She told me to try them on and guess what!!!  They fit, they aren't like really comfy but they fit!  I was so excited....

Two months and 43#'s down. I still have issues with foods too but nothing specific some days I can eat and others I feel nauseous. However, I feel better and seem to have more engery than before so I will be starting my workout routine. Glad to hear that you are doing well and feeling good.
