Well it's coming into our two months now. How is everyone doing?

I am doing ok still have some issues with certain foods and at times I still But I am feeling better looking better and happy I can do more day after day. So Happy the nice weather will be coming back soon. I started walking to work again so I get about a mile in in the morning then I massage all day so I move my whole body while working with a client. I feel so much better that I have actually started dating again as well. Nice to see I can enjoy myself in the company of men again and not be afraid or ashamed of myself.

I have lost 52#. I feel much better. I still get so tired and don't have much energy. People are really starting to notice a difference in my appearance. I can ride my bike with no effort. I don't walk very much, and I still hate the thought of exercise. I hope that changes soon!

My husband is serving in Iraq. He will be home on May 1. I am excited to see what he thinks of the new me!

I have lost 40lbs, and my date of surgery was Feb. 24.  I didn't start going to the gym till today bc I was having a real bad pain.  But I shocked myself.  People are noticing the weight loss too.  I have went from a 24 to and 18.....I am so excited.  My hubby is also in Iraq but he is there til Sept.  I am not sending him pics or anything because I want to suprise him!!!

I can tolerate most foods. Dry chicken gives me problems, but that's about it. As far as working out, I'm lame!  I was walking 3 1/2 miles a day until my husband came down with the flu and didn't walk with me. I am having a hard time getting back into the swing of things.

I get weighed on Friday, but according to my scale I have lost around 39 lbs since surgery. I just wish I could lose faster. I need to stop comparing to everyone else. Every body is different, weights as well as BMI's are different. I need to just concentrate on how well I am progressing and if my DR is happy.

Good luck to everyone!!

Put a walkman on and get out there. Thats how I do it. I walk to work listening to the radio. Otherwise I would not be able to seriously focus while I am walkinh it becomes a bore to be honest. So try it and make sure you have music on that keeps you going. I have lost slowly as well to. As of today 40 pounds and still there. It's better to lose slow than not at all. Promise you the inches are coming off and I am sure you look great.

Things are going well here. The weight is coming off slowly but surely and I'm content with that. I've dropped a few sizes and that feels good. I'm doing well food-wise and tolerate almost everything. I'm very happy that I had the surgery.

I'm getting stronger all the time but have been struggling with a stall through most of March.  I've lost 33 pounds and over 36 inches but want more more more :)

Yesterday a co-worker friend took me aside and told me the sweater I was wearing was really too big.  She meant it kindly and it was a WOW moment for me.

I can eat almost anything except dry meat (which gives me a really hard time)  and have been doing stationary bike, weight training and Wii tennis for workouts.  I tore a little muscle in my back lifting weights last Sunday so can only do the leg stuff until that heals but it's really no big deal.  People keep telling me that all the weight training is adding muscle so that's why I haven't lost more weight.  I can definately see the difference in my body - parts of me are starting to look a bit deflated.  It's not the most attractive thing on the planet but I'm already saving for the plastic surgeries so don't fret about it too much :)

Short answer?  I feel great and am glad I did this.
