For the last few days the smell of food has been making me sick. I force myself to eat but then I feel ill after I do. Not understanding why this is happening. Nothing seems to want to agree with me at the moment and nothing looks appetizing either. I don't know if I am coming down with a cold or this is just something individuals go through. Let me know if any of you have dealt with anything similar.

Hope you feel better soon.  I had a few days of not eating or wanting food much.  It seems to be gone.  Yesterday, I really felt like I wanted to eat.  I guess it is just part of the process.  It is hard to figure it all out.

I have actually been going through the same and this is what my nutritionalist explained to me.  Because I have not had the desire to eat I have been waiting long periods of time to eat and thus when I do I get nauseous and many times even throw up, and that is because since I was waiting so long to eat my body was starting to reject food. The solution is to make myself eat something every three hours, a lil soup, yogurt, whatever I can tolerate and about 2-3 oz. Nothing heavy. It is helping lots. As far as the liquids I have an Ice Shaver from Rival and it makes the ice so soft that its cooling and melts quickly. This is the best thing that has helped me. I do understand what you are saying as just the thougt of food makes me nauseous lots. Oh, one thing my nut said make sure your bowels are working good.
Hope this helps.

Sorry to hear you're not feeling well!  I took a sick day today also.  Though, at the risk of over-sharing, some intestinal cramps and distress is a welcome change from the never-ending constipation!

Hope you feel better soon!
