Hi Guys.

Hope everyone is doing great.  I am at one month today.
26.4 lbs since surgery, 41.4 total.

I was able to star****er aerobics this week.  I have had my most embarrassing moment this week.  Throwing up at work was really icky, classy moment.  Still trying to figure it all out.  I do get my protein, but maybe not all of the water I should.  I am on my viatamins + iron.  Mostly all good.   The bad moments are quite icky, but not too many.  My clothes are falling off me, but I really don't like the pressure around my belly yet.  I am offically saggy.    Oh, I found appetizer plates today.  They are cute and kinda match my dishes.  I won't feel so left out. :)  However, I am having a much easier time cooking for the family.  It really hasn't bothered me much this week.  I made the kids pancakes this morning.  Didn't tempt me or bum me out at all.  I was really surprised because they used to be one of my favs.

Hope everyone else has good luck trying to figure out how and what to eat again.

Sounds like you're doing great.  I had my RNY on 2/9 and have lost 20 since surgery and 45 altogether.  I have done fine with all my food, protien and water until day before yesterday.  I tried to make some of those cottage cheese pancakes.  They were very good, but later I got so sick I thought I was going to die.  I put some SF suryp on them (just a little) and I don't know if it was the syrup or the pancakes, but I probably won't go near either of them any time soon.

Otherwise, I'm doing just great.  I feel better and I love the fat tht I am able to get into clothes that I haven't worn in a long time and my before surgery clothes are sagging all over me.
