Hitting the first stall is hard..... I haven't lost any weight in a week! I was expecting it and understand the reasons why, but it doesn't make it any better :(

I feel ya! I've had two stalls. Up the water (if you can without sloshing), and it will all work out. It does suck, and plays with your mind a bit as well. Just remember that it may be the first, but it sure isn't the last! So embrace the stall as your body revving up for another round of losing!
