I am feeling so good, I went to the gym today and did 1 mile on the treadmill, i mile on the bike and various other things on the machines. Nothing hurt and I feel so good. who would have thought that I would be ready for this this soon.
I wish I had done this 30 years ago. I'm glad you are doing good too. It is really fun to have some friends who are at the same post surgery timeframes. It really is a small WLS world. Even though we are miles apart, we can still be friends through "cyberspace".
