I just got the foamies!
Dinner was grilled chicken...I've had numerous times fine. Well...I must have been not paying attention and ate too fast because wow...yuck. It's very distinctive. I won't go into gross details but I was actually excited that my pouch is working normally lol. Last week I was afraid I could eat too much. Nerves must be coming back online. Yay lol

I had it the other day too. I had to laugh when you said you now know your pouch is working and about being afraid of being able to eat too much. That is exactly where I was in the process then BAM! Got some chicken stuck (mindless eating too quick chicken--yuck!) and it was one of the most horrible things I've experienced. So painful and the foam and spit--gak!
But funny enough, as I was wondering if I was going to die I was slightly relieved to know I actually had a pouch that was responding in some way to tell me I actually had surgery!
Sorry you had to experience it though--gross stuff.

The foamies are something I had kept reading about on here and never knew what it was until it happened to me. It was this uncomfortable feeling combined with uncontrollable foaming/spitting that last a good half an hour for me. It's almost like my stomach or mouth was overproducing something to try to get rid of what I had just eaten.
This probably isn't the best description, but all I remember is that I had to keep spitting and burping and felt gross lol.
Maybe you had a little version..not sure :)
