Breakfast
I usually "fry" a few eggs in ICBINB spray and put them through the food processor w/ a little bit of salsa to thin them out. I keep them in a container in the fridge. I also keep some turkey Italian sausage (casings removed, of course) that has been cooked and put through the food processor or ground turkey cooked w/ taco seasoning and put through the food processor in the fridge. I like to mix 2T of the eggs w/ 1T meat, sprinkle a little low/nonfat cheese on top and nuke it for breakfast. I always add Tobasco or some other hot sauce because I love spicy things. If I am not eating the egg/meat mixture I like Fage Greek yogurt w/ stevia and orange extract in it.
