AM BACK

hello guys am back ....thank you so much for your support and prayers....i got back yesterday from puerto vallarta...with Dr Joya.   Excellent ...everything was wonderful from the minute i got to the airport to the minute i went back to come back ...surgery went great incisions are healing and closed allready ...unlike some of you am still on clear liquids ....and happy to report a weight loss of 30 lbs!!! OMG  cant hardly believe it but i will post my whole experience soon....only thing is am not able to move around a whole lot and am in a world of pain....for what i understand during surgery i had to get an inside stich due to a small tear in my abdomen and since i was doing so good did a little of overwalking wich n turn swelled up my tear and it hurts like )(*&*^*^&!!! so now got to take it easy to help it heal and hopefully be able to move around more.
other than that everything was great ....well talk to you guys soon i wil blog my experience love you guys for all the support.

Welcome back and happy healing!  I had my surgery on the 18th and am still on full liquids so I'm not much ahead of you in diet.

I had my surgery Feb 17th and other than a teaspoon of cottage cheese, oatmeal, or mashed potatoes 3 times a day, I'm on liquids as well.

Great weight loss! WOOT!!

thanks you guys... am so happy this funky pain on my side is lessening ....other than that i feel great.. and am not missing food at all yet! not hungry or anything and monday i go to full liquids sooo thanks again and looking forward to new aventures
