Lap Band on 02/25/09
I'm home and having shoulder pain. Walk walk walk sip sip sip. If it wasn't for the gas in the shoulders I would feel totally fine. How are you feeling?

I'm home walking and sipping on a protein shake.  Had a little problem with the gas in the side and shoulder.

BAND REMOVED 9-4-12-fought insurance to get sleeve and won! Sleeved 1/22/13! Five years out and trying to get that last 15 pounds back off.
